The Voices of Impact Awards™ exist to celebrate and equip the voices that inspire humanity. These are people just like you, who have been through some stuff, have learned the hard lessons, and have a valuable message the world needs to hear.
You are not just one thing and you do not fit in a box. So beyond celebrating your voice, we want to equip you to improve and succeed in other areas of your life. Because who you are, what you do, and how you do things in your personal life will drive the outcome of who you are, what you do, and how you do things in your business life.
We are not looking for household names, but we will create them. What you do for work does not matter. Maybe you are still in college, or maybe you are relaxing in retirement, it does not matter. Whether you’ve presented one time at a small wedding, or thousands of times on global stages, it does not matter. What matters to us, is your desire to share your story and use it to create a positive impact in this world.

We, at Voices of Impact Awards™, believe that every child and young woman deserves to be safe, respected, and free from harm. That’s why we’re proud to support Answer International and its mission to liberate children and young women from sexual abuse and slavery.
Answer International is leading the fight against human trafficking, working tirelessly to rescue children and young women who have been victimized by this horrific crime. They provide vital services such as counseling, legal assistance, medical care, and provide food, clothing, shelter, and LOVE to help survivors heal and rebuild their lives.
We stand with Answer International in its work to end human trafficking, and by doing so, together, we can create a world where children and young women can live a life free from fear and violence.

Human trafficking is a global problem that affects millions of children every year. Operation Underground Railroad is a nonprofit organization that exists to rescue these children from their harrowing situations and give them a chance at a better life.
Our team at the Voices of Impact Awards™, supports Operation Underground Railroad because we believe that every child deserves to be free. No one should have to live in fear or be treated as a commodity. We are committed to doing our part to help rescue as many children as possible and give them the bright future they deserve. They also assist with the identification and arrest of human traffickers to help put an end to this modern-day slavery.

Every great enterprise needs a firm structure, wise strategies, and efficient processes to succeed and thrive and our Co-Founder, Alithia Gallegos, delivers on all points. She brings decades of experience helping entrepreneurs, finance companies, associations, and businesses to increase profits, create new revenue streams, sell more products, reduce costs, and serve more happy clients. She is an expert in business strategy, strategic partnering, and marketing, all of which are the superpowers required to make these Awards a success. Alithia thrives on kindness, compassion, and philanthropy. She is dedicated to partnering with international organizations working to end human trafficking and which provide economic support for women entrepreneurs.
If anyone knows the power of a good story, it is our Co-Founder, Steve Gallegos. Starting life as a good-for-nothing suicidal teen to becoming a celebrated U.S. Marine, Law Enforcement Officer, Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, Singer-Songwriter/Recording Artist, Award-winning Author, International Speaker, and Trainer on personal development and communications, Steve is on a mission to elevate others so that we can all contribute to society at a higher level. This awards program is rooted in his desire to show the world that each of us matters and that we can make a difference and have fun doing it!
