Growing up, Troy was bullied in school and developed a habit of seeking validation and approval from others, while possessing a deep sense of responsibility to help those in need.

While playing 3 sports during most of his childhood (football, basketball, and baseball), Troy experienced several concussions. Two of which, were diagnosed as Level 3 concussions. ​

Troy has spent most of his life feeling like he can't remember anything, with memories always slipping from grasp.

Fast forward 10 years, and with a will and determination to lead a life on his own terms, Troy began a lifelong commitment to learning about health, longevity, and the pursuit of a purposeful life.

Since discovering his two major passions: education and health, Troy has created two agriculture tech companies in Snappier and Farm Brigge, professionally speaks at schools as a growth mindset coach, and now is a brain warrior as a Certified Brain Health Coach for Amen Clinics.
