What Happens I Am Selected as a Finalist?
If you are selected as a Finalist, you need to celebrate like it’s 2023, and get ready for your life to change! As a Finalist you will be required to travel to and present your 8-minute presentation at the Awards Gala. This is at your own expense, which may include travel costs, flights, hotel, transportation, meals, and any other incidentals that you may require for yourself. These expenses are completely voluntary on your part. If you are a Finalist you may opt-out of participating in the Awards Gala, however, you will forfeit your position and an Alternate will be selected to advance and present in the finals.
What Happens If I am Selected as a Finalist but Cannot Travel?

The format of the Voices of Impact Awards™ requires all Finalists to attend in-person to present their talk live on-stage. Any Finalist who cannot or does not wish to travel for the Awards Gala must forfeit their status together with any prizes, and an Alternate Finalist will be selected.

What Happens I Am Selected as an Alternate?
Five Alternates will be selected and will be required to be available in the event a selected Finalist is unavailable, is disqualified, or forfeits their selection as a Finalist. Alternates will be bound by the same rules and procedures as applicable to the Finalists. Although we prefer that Alternates also attend the Awards Gala (in the event of any last-minute substitution of a Finalist is necessary), this is not a requirement. Alternates are however required to make themselves available at the time and date of the Awards Gala, to appear by live stream in case they are required to present in place of any Finalist.
How Do I Become a Sponsor of the Voices of Impact Awards™?
The Voices of Impact Awards™ is not presently seeking sponsorship.
