Mark also reveals his fantastic skill for telling stories, and why we should all share our stories with the world. He illustrates this skill beautifully as he shares his unique method for creating loyalty among his cabin crew, and how he creates new experiences for his passengers. Through simple acts of recognizing others, we ourselves become extraordinary, according to Mark.

ABOUT MARK HARDCASTLE
Mark Hardcastle wears many hats. He is an author, speaker, Airline Captain, and choral conductor who graduated from the USAF Academy in 1982. After nine years as a pilot on active duty, he left the military to join a commercial airline and since then he has flown 737s and 777s around the world. Mark is the Author of The Symphony of Your Life, in which he masterfully identifies patterns in our stories and how to restore harmony when life has gone out of tune.
Mark’s life has not been all sunshine and rainbows, in fact, he broke his neck in a mountain biking accident near Moab, UT. Through it all, he says stuff will happen, but the events beyond our control need not determine who we are.
Mark is not only a celebrated pilot among his ranks in the airline industry, but he is also a devoted family man and has 4 adult children. He is also a collector of fine art photography, who loves to showcase his favorite acquisition which features a jumbo airliner crossing in front of the full moon.
